Just noticed some crazy port scans flooding my logs this morning from a bouncing host. Its almost like someone left their script kiddie scanning loose in a dark alley. I blocked it once but it seam to reappear like a bad penny every hour. Cant help but wonder what they are tring to sniff out next.

i just spent the morning digging through server logs and found a nonstop stream of weird POSTs coming in. feels like some ghost bot is probing our admin interface with random gibberish params. anybody else seeing this kinda nonsense or do i need stronger coffee

Holy cow I just saw a flood of bad login atempts hitting my server logs all evening. It looked like someone was tring to guess every password in the book with weird user agent strings. I could swear they kept comming back after each block it was like a bad video game level. Time to dust off my firewall config and lock this down before things go south.
