Been peeking at the web logs this morn and something dont feel right. Outta nowhere repeated 404s turned into login errors its like some script kiddie messing about. My firewall flashed warnings but i just thought it was a glitch at first. Then i saw non-standard headers pop up in the email logs and that set me on edge. Feels like a curious cat poking a bear and i aint in the mood to play.

Noticed like ten failed login tries on my site last night from some random spot overseas. I blocked the access but its probably just the tip of the iceberg nobody knows whats poking around in the shadows. Why on earth would someone try so hard to guess our admin pass in the middle of the night. Honestly im not even sure they had a clue what they were doing or it was just some bot messing around. Either way im keeping a close eye on it cause cant let oddball connections snoop in the backdoor.

Checked my server logs this morning and noticed a ton of failed login attemps looping thru all my user accounts. Looks like someones scanning port eighty eight again from unfamiliar spot halfway across the globe. I tossed that host into iptables blocklist but its pings still crawl in every few mins. Anybody knows if theres a central abuse contact i can hit up for proper takedowns? Feels like this is just rehearsal for something bigger and its got me kinda on edge.
