Woke up to a swarm of bogus hits on my login endpoint at 3AM. At first i thought it was a sleepy dev sneaking in a quick patch but turns out it was some persistent stranger poking around. My reflex was to slam the banhammer and patch those holes before breakfast rolled around. Never thought that an obscure corner of my site could turn into an open playground for unwelcome guests. Next time im keeping a fresh pot of strong coffee and an ironclad firewall running before sunup.

Been combing through the firewall logs and this one strange host keeps pinging ports hard and non stop. dont know if its a misconfig or someone poking holes but it sure aint normal traffic. im gonna throw it on reject and hope it stops before it finds something worth grabbing.

Got a weird bounce in my email this morning full of gobbledygook and i aint got the foggiest what theyre up to but something smells fishy

Yo I was digging thru the server logs last night and found a bot or somethin hammering one of our frontends. It made me wonder if theres a misconfig thats lettin this ghost slip into our syslogs. Just a heads up double check your firewalls cause someone is scanning ports like crazy.

Man I been scouring my server logs all dang day and noticed weird login spikes from some odd corner of the net. Its been hammering my auth pages every thirty minutes with failed attempts. My inbox is flooded with alert notices and I cannot make heads or tails of it. Feels like someone is poking around in my backyard so im slapping on extra rules and tightening things up. I dont rightly understand half the tech mumbojumbo in email headers but i keep seeing these phantom login tries. Seems like some stranger sneakin into my inbox like a cat burglar lookin for scraps.

Just spotted some nasty brute force attempts in our auth logs this morning. The repeated ssh connections are coming from a host ive never seen before. Looks like theyre trying out a bunch of default creds so they might be scoping us out. Gotta block that traffic and rotate the keys before anything bad happens. Cant sleep easy knowing some stranger is banging on our gateway.

Just spotted some really janky login activity coming through my server logs last night. This dude or bot kept hammering the admin page nonstop for like a solid ten minutes straight. I got no clue if its a bot farm or someone with too much free time but either way its sketchy as hell. Also i noticed the user agent string was some weird combo ive never seen before so its not your usual crawler. Anyone else catching weird pulses or am I just shouting into the void here

They keep poking at all the usual ports few times every hour and then ghostin before I can block em. Honestly it feels like some botnet playing peekaboo and I havent seen such persistence in a while. Not sure if its prob just random scanning but I got a bad feeling about it. Gonna lock down the ssh rules even tighter and monitor but anyone else seeing strange traffic patterns?
