Just went thru my server dashboard and saw a swarm of failed password attempts coming from a stranger that looks like a botnet scout. This guest might be testing all the locks before a bigger break in and im not gonna wait around to find out.

I just saw some weird attempts to ssh into the server coming from an unknown machine yesterday night. It looked like someone was poking at every port to find a way in Might have to update the firewall rules before it gets worse

Went through the server logs last night and found some repeated failed login tries from a foreign host. they tried hitting our admin page nonstop for hours but kept getting rejected. cant tell if its a lazy bot or some script kiddie messing around. im locking it out on the firewall later today before it even gets close.

I dove into my email heders last night and spotted someone poking around nonstop from a really odd address. My spam filter went nuts and started blockin every incoming mail like it was under siege. It kinda feels like its trynna guess my passwords or find some backdoor or somethin. Now Im doublelocking every door available just to keep it away.

Im running some monitoring on my server and one of those hits looked totally off. Its probably some automated script tryna brute force something or scout for a hole. Fingers crossed it doesnt screw up my stuff before i block it.
