Just went thru our server logs and noticed some wierd ssh login tries from a random host. Its like someone is brute forcing their way in hoping we forgot to change the root password. Ive already blocked that address for now but this kind of funy busines always gets my hackles up. Not sure if its a rookie scanner or a botnet crawling the net but either way im not letting it walk in. If anyone else sees any other strange connections ping me so we can kick em to the curb.
