Do that many people forget where they are they need to be told? (Top of page under Ip-Whois-Lookup). I see it in many places, especially with Google. Or is it reminder that my rights to privacy are lost?

Why does it say "Near: Canada" at the top of the page? Do you not think we are smart enough to know where we are? Just tired of being reminded everywhere that my right to privacy has been axed and would like to know why.
