My account The Internet or AT&T is routing mine original and real IP address to another IP address of fake one it seems like it's me but it's not since 2018 on my AT&T box router has a different IP address than that 99.9 9.32.186 then IP address keep changing and changing and rerouting to different addresses pointing to my direction like it's me but that's not my IP address it has been checked with AT&T and Apple who also say 99.9 9.32.186 is not my IP address it has been checked over and over again but when I go on sites they believe
when I go on sites and they report back my IP address they report back 99.99.32.186 However that is not my IP address I feel that someone is rerouting my IP address or destroyed in to steal my information to act like they are m. or that's my IP address my address is 192.168.1.254 DNS please explain why this is happening.?
