Just noticed a bunch of random port probes lighting up my logs at 3am like some midnight fireworks show. It isnt as polished as a big time botnet strike but its weird enough to yank me out of bed. Feels just like that amateur probe back in 2020 when some curious script kiddie decided to poke around. Im gonna spin up a decoy VM loaded with fake creds and see if this mystery tinkerer takes the bait. Anybody else deal with late night log chaos that is almost comical in how sloppy it is
