ive just noticed dozens of entries in the auth logs coming from some off net node with no reverse dns pointing anywhere. its trying every single username combo it can get its hands on so you might wanna rotate your creds and lock down ssh. feels like some script kiddie or botnet running a constant port scan. if this trend keeps up im gonna have to block entire ranges cause its killing our cpu cycles
