I was poking around the apache logs and seen some really odd requests all pointing to our admin pages. At first I chalked it up to a misconfigured crawler but then it started stuffing random credentials like it was playin hack the planet. My heartbeat kicked into overdrive when I saw dozens of failed logins in seconds. Just a friendly nudge to anyone running a site dont ignore strange spikes in your traffic before someone slips right in.
