Checked the server logs earlier and saw some weird inbound scans that looked like they came from someone messing around. Normally id shrug off random noise but this one kept poking at our ssh and http ports late at night. Ive no clue what theyre up to maybe mining bots or just someone practicing their nmap skills. We got our firewall rules cranked to block any further attempts so lets see if they back off. Cant help but wonder if theyre just lost newbies or up to no good.
