Checked the server logs today and found a ton of weird POST requests from somewhere in Asia that kept hammering the login page all night. cant figure why but they tried to brute force empty passwords dozens of times. this is the third week in a row with the same pattern so im starting to think its not just some random script kiddie. might have to block the range or set up some stricter firewall rules before it turns into full blown ddos.
