Pulled the logs from my uni’s server tonite and saw a ton of failed logins around 3AM from a single spot overseas. feels like some botnet goin off brute forcing student accounts. the firewall kept it out but still its freaky how persistent it was. told the tech club to patch the vuln and keep an eye for any sneaky backdoors.
